Sensory Playhouse
In our overwhelmingly busy world, spaces for rest are hard to come by. Individuals with autism, sensory processing disorder, Alzheimer’s, chronic pain, and/or hearing impairments may experience distress or overwhelm when faced with high levels of sensory input. While many sensory spaces are geared toward children (which is wonderful!), Sensory Playhouse is a company dedicated to providing public spaces with sensory-friendly rooms specifically tailored to adults, an often overlooked group when it comes to sensory accommodations.
